At Just Because, we strive to offer our customers high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. To ensure transparency, please review our exchange and return policies below:

1. General Exchange Policy

  • Request Timeline: Submit exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Item Condition: Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. We will refuse exchanges for garments that appear worn, washed, or altered.
  • Care Instructions: When trying on garments, please avoid makeup stains and perfume scents, as we cannot accept such items for exchange.
  • Processing: Items must be returned to our studio before an exchange or refund can be issued. Exchanges depend on the availability of garments at the time of processing.
  • Authorization: Only authorized returns will be processed. Unauthorized returns will be refused, and the customer will be responsible for arranging the collection of their garment.

2. Clearance and Sale Items Policy

  • Final Sale: All clearance and sale items are final sale. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Quality Assurance: We ensure that all clearance and sale items are in good condition before sale. However, due to the nature of these promotions, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once the purchase is complete.
  • Customer Acknowledgment: By purchasing clearance and sale items, customers agree to our no-exchange, no-refund policy. We encourage thorough review of selections before finalizing purchases.
  • Exceptions: This policy applies to all clearance and sale items without exception. For defective items, contact our customer service team within 5 days of purchase for assistance.

We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.



Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed by our team. We’ll send you a confirmation message once your exchange has been shipped so you know it’s on the way. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed by our warehouse team. 



The shipping cost of returning item(s) to the Just Because for an exchange, is not covered or reimbursed by us.
